Jeanmarie Aleski, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Jeanmarie earned her Master Degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2011. Jeanmarie currently works for Florida Gulf Coast University in the Department of Social Work where she is certified as a Field Instructor and Adjunct Faculty Liaison in the discipline. Jeanmarie is also registered with the Florida Department of Health as a Qualified Supervisor through the Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling and provides Supervisory services to Registered Interns in the Southwest Florida area. Jeanmarie has received a Florida Field Consortium Core Competency Certification, as well as Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence Core Competency Certification and Florida Council Against Sexual Violence Advocacy Core Competency Certification. Jeanmarie is a proud member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
Jeanmarie’s clinical experience includes providing psychotherapy to adults and adolescents in individual, couple, family, and group settings. Jeanmarie has provided therapeutic interventions in various settings including Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, and Partial Hospitalization treatment programs. Jeanmarie has also provided case management services throughout Florida.
Jeanmarie’s primary therapeutic focuses include overcoming trauma and abuse, addiction, anxiety disorders including obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, severe mental illness, personality disorders, gender identity, sexuality, relationship dynamics, chronic pain, life transitions, emotional regulation, self-esteem, stress reduction, and grief.
Jeanmarie utilizes an eclectic therapeutic approach, frequently calling upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy interventions, as well as integrating mindfulness practices.

Gabrielle Pfeffer, MSW,RCSWI
Gabrielle Pfeffer, MSW, RCSWI is a Clinical Social Worker who received her Master of Social Work Degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2019. Gabrielle is registered with the Florida Department of Health as a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI) through the Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling. Gabrielle is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers and has worked with the association in advocating for legislation to positively impact the people of Southwest Florida.
Gabrielle’s clinical experience includes providing psychotherapy to adults, adolescents and children in individual, couple, family and group settings. Gabrielle has provided parent education utilizing the Nurturing Parenting curriculum focusing on child abuse prevention and optimizing the parent-child relationship. Gabrielle has also provided case management services to at risk populations throughout Lee County.
In addition to working at Advanced Psychiatric Care, Gabrielle works as a Medical Social Worker at HealthPark Medical Center and Golisano Children’s Hospital. In her position, Gabrielle provides services to adults, children, and families who are experiencing medical complications on obstetrics, intensive care, progressive care, medical surgical, cardiac units, neonatal intensive care, pediatric intensive care, pediatric medical surgical and emergency units.
Gabrielle’s primary therapeutic focuses include family resiliency, marriage and family dynamics, overcoming trauma and abuse, addiction, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, severe mental illness, emotional regulation, stress reduction, life transitions, grief, chronic illness and health and wellness through a whole person approach.
